The Connor Group is searching for incredibly talented individuals looking to join our award-winning organization in the Columbus market. Zero experience in the apartment industry is required.

Our Sales Professionals are the face of the property, and the driving force behind its revenue. As the resident’s first impression, they have the ability to make a lasting impact and turn an initial lease signing into a long-term resident.

Job responsibilities include:

• Ability to overcome objections to close a sale
• Building relationships to increase resident retention
• Ability to meet monthly, weekly goals and sales targets
• Mastering our operational systems and processes for renewals, rentals and driving traffic
• Delivering excellent customer service to our residents
