Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager who will play a crucial role in our organization. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within our client base, while ensuring their overall satisfaction throughout their entire journey with us. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional relationship-building skills, be proactive in anticipating client needs, and have a deep understanding of their requirements. Acting as the main point of contact, you will establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders, always prioritizing the delivery of business value from the onboarding phase to contract renewal. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the onboarding process, conducting live training sessions, performing health checks, providing support, conducting quarterly account reviews, and developing success plans. This position is full-time and offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining both remote and on-site work located in our Alpharetta or North Carolina office. If you are not situated within one of our physical locations, this role provides the flexibility of being fully remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of Priority Property Rev clients.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of your clients and expert knowledge of Priority Property Rev technology.
  • Guide your clients through a successful smooth customer journey.
  • Lead data driven Business Reviews.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any escalations.
  • Identify additional revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze client health metrics and provide suggestions to drive continuous improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals to ensure their success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, with proven excellence managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with prop tech including but not limited to online rental payments, resident portals, leasing portals and/or property management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong aptitude for technical software products.
  • Experience with CRM tools, MS office applications, G-Suite and virtual meeting software.
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent internal / client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of a customer’s life-cycle, and have an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for customer success.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated sense of urgency and the ability to assess situations and make clear, data-driven decisions.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation range: $73,000 - $85,000
