Nation's Home Infusion is seeking a Sales Assistant/Intake Coordinator to support the Sales Liaison (Account Manager) at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, and Carroll Hospital in Westminster. There are three vacancies - one for each hospital. Our home office is in Owings Mills, MD but this role will work exclusively at the hospital to which its assigned. This role is a hybrid of administrative support and intake duties.

This employee works in conjunction with an assigned hospital’s Sales Liaison/Account Manager to plan, coordinate, and facilitate discharge planning for home care services for patients receiving Respiratory, DME, and/or Home Infusion Therapy services.

Duties include:

• Assisting with identifying and maintaining relationships with hospital personnel: case managers, social workers.
• Assisting with coordination of the patient referral process as defined by the Sales Liaison.
• Setting up and delivers DME to patient rooms as needed.
• Communicating patient needs to and between Sales Liaison and Case Manager and/or the patient/caregiver.
• Completing intake duties as assigned
• Working with different hardware (cell phone, laptop, PC, tablet) and software to complete duties

This position reports to Sales Liaison (Account Manager).
