Compensation is a combination of base salary, monthly commissions and bonuses. The commission potential is based on volume and is limitless.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Serve current clients' needs and requests
• Follow up on leads, identify needs and develop new clientele
• Willingness to learn and be coacheable
• A great self starter, multi-tasker
• Maintain enthusiastic attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various applications
