Special Events Sales Consultant
(Group Sales)
Role Summary:
CORPORATE SUPPORT - SPECIAL EVENT SALES CONSULTANT for Unleashed Brands is responsible for selling fun! You will support multiple Franchise locations by working with our Guests to plan their event from start to finish - everything from birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, private park rentals, and more. A key responsibility of this role is to proactively build the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering a memorable Guest experience, fantastic follow-up, and follow-through skills, and possess the DNA of a Sales professional.
Work Environment: Hybrid - New Consultants would work in-office for training and then can work remote/hybrid once fully trained.
You will be a great fit for this position if:
  • You have 0-2yrs experience in a special events/groups sales environment

  • You know how to write a sales plan and can find the business through prospecting.

Compensation Summary: This full-time position has an hourly base rate of $20.00/hr + 2-2.8% commission on all executed events. Commission % based on overall event revenue thresholds.
