Overview: The Sales Associate role is responsible for running all “front of house” fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on a premier customer experience as well as meeting sales expectations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. Sales Associates are responsible for membership sales and package renewals, retail sales, and maintaining premium customer experience levels.

- Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems
- Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective members
- Complete all shift duties and cleaning tasks according to the daily checklist
- Maintains an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Responsible for processing accurate credit card transactions
- Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
- Works closely with Coaches to ensure that processes are fulfilled
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs
- Attend weekly team meeting and at least 1 marketing event per quarter
- Handle and resolve client account concerns/questions in a timely manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous sales experience with strong sales skills is preferred
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy work environment
- Functional computer skills required
- Health and fitness minded required
- Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend hours as needed
Performance appraisal: 30 Day, 60 Day, 90 Day, and bi-annually
Compensation: $10-$13/hour + commission
