We are seeking a motivated and Life and Health Insurance Agent to join our thriving insurance agency; you will play a crucial role in our agency’s success by closing sales and managing incoming calls. Shift Hours: 10-6pm, Monday to Friday - Saturday’s Optional

Responsibilities: Close and work every call that comes through your phone.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $15 per hour.

Life Insurance Commission will be 60% of the premium sold, providing an excellent opportunity for unlimited earning potential.

Health Insurance Commission will be $15 per sold client plus 60% of any add ons.
