We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop valuable sales skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop leads
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Reliable transportation
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
