Job Duties
- Monitor queues for incoming customer agreements and process all agreements that come in.
- Monitor the sales support email inbox and slack channel; Address support issues, answer questions, and resolve discrepancies for field and corporate sales reps.
- Answer sales support phone calls and help progress customer accounts forward in real-time.
- Keep sales task boards up to date and manage related salesforce cases based on sales activities.
- Work with other functional teams across the organization to help resolve sales issues as the reliable point of contact between sales and the rest of the organization.
- Manage our workable list of homes for sales in our canvassing tool–SalesRabbit–and provide support on SalesRabbit questions/issues.
- Help support the sales representative onboarding & local licensing process; ensure all sales reps have access to the correct systems to be able to start selling.
- Monitor data-integrity queues and clear out data issues, duplicates, or other discrepancies.
- Monitor queues for ACP enrollment customers to ensure customer accounts are properly enrolled in Salesforce and receive billing credits.
Qualifications
- Able to work a weekly schedule M - F with a rotating Saturday.
- Able to work a regular shift of 11:30am-8:00pm, with a half hour lunch break.
- Enjoy working with people and helping solve problems.
- Experience exporting, importing, and editing data in excel spreadsheets.
- Experience in a sales-support function is a plus.
- Experience in a data entry function is a plus.
- Prior experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
- Must live in Utah within reasonable driving distance to our Lehi Headquarters. Open to hybrid schedule with availability to attend in person meetings.
