We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. This position will be based in our Woodstock, GA office and will be an important part of our growing team. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Representative (BDR) is to grow sales revenue for Eagle Business Credit (EBC) by generating new business through building trusted relationships with referral sources and successfully selling of our factoring and purchase order funding products and services to prospective clients. Professional selling is a consultative process where a key part of the role is understanding the business processes and needs and discussing how our products and services can impact their results. Becoming an expert on all aspects of our products and their application in the customer’s environment is essential. Time will be spent in building and maintaining relationships with referral sources to generate new leads and undertaking outbound cold calls from lead lists provided when if required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
