Full description of the position

DraCool-USA is seeking a hardworking, team-oriented individual to assist with sales, order entry and customer service. Experience in an industrial setting is required. Responsibilities include:

• Entering and processing customer orders
• Customer service
• Create and modify sales orders, purchase orders and invoices.
• Perform general clerical duties including, copying, faxing, and filing.
• Support Sales staff

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and possess strong customer service, communication and organization skills. Experience with order management software is a plus. Medical, dental & vision insurance, paid sick leave, vacation and 401k available.

SAP experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
