Our successful agency is hiring and were looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our successful team.

We are located in Poway, CA and are excited to grow and hire a candidate that is looking to grow and start a rewarding and long term career.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. (support can include responding to inquiries)

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Property & Casualty license is required before start date, candidate must be willing to get licensed if not currently licensed

Sales or client-facing experience is highly preferred, if not licensed

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

Must tech savvy

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined
