Bulldog Gaming is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide skilled based machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. Our focus is providing unmatched customer support, guidance, and compliance expertise so our partner establishments can grow their businesses and generate more revenue.

SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, soliciting various business types over the phone via outbound cold call to secure in-person appointments for salespeople.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place a minimum of 50 outbound cold calls to prospective customers; offers explanation of the product, services, pricing and additional pertinent information.

• Identify sales opportunities via research and vetting

• Secure a minimum of 6 appointments per month for our field sales team to close agreements

• Document all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database.

• Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services.

• Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of two (2) years related experience

• Excellent telephone presentation skills

• Comfortable and confident with making outbound cold calls

• Ability to handle rejection without impacting job responsibilities

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel

• Proficient with maneuvering around the internet

• Experience in salesforce preferred

• Commitment to excellence and high standards

• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

• Acute attention to detail

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

• Minimum of 21 years of age
