Revolution Solar, a leading solar panel installation company, is seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a Phone-Based Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of solar energy
Consult with customers to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals to potential clients
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new solar installations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the company

Requirements:

Proven experience in phone-based sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and proactively manage sales pipeline
Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and tracking
Knowledge of solar energy systems and industry trends is a plus
