JOB SUMMARY: The Marketplace Inside Sales Representative sells Marketplace related products and services through inbound calls and leads consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers using approved governmental guidelines. The Inside Sales Representative maintains effective customer relations, identifies opportunities for growth, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit targets. Sales Experience in Medicaid/Chips, STARPLUS, Medicare & D-SNPs
1. Responsible for the sale of Marketplace products via telephone
2. Assess and analyze customer’s Marketplace needs while providing an excellent customer experience
3. Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
4. Learn and master product offerings, product compliance, and relevant regulatory policies
5. Establish long-term relationships with customers and match our products with their individual needs
6. Consult on coverage and potential price trade-offs to meet the customers' needs
7. Respond to leads quickly and effectively
8. Communicate to customers via phone, email, and text messages through the CRM
9. Work with Product Managers to identify new opportunities and generate leads
10. Provide input into the development of new marketing strategies and ideas
11. Maintain competitive product and market knowledge
12. Work with other teams to ensure customers' needs are met throughout the sales process
13. Meet with eligible participants with the goal of presenting product information and enrollment
14. Meet or exceed sales quotas and generate own leads
15. Collect feedback from the customers regarding potential new products and communicate this to the appropriate personnel internally
16. Produce campaign and event tracking reports showing return on investments and key initiatives
17. Maintain knowledge of compliance regulatory procedures and marketing guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication and complete all required annual training
18. Actively contributes to achievement of departmental goals, as identified in Department’s annual business plan, including specific departmental process improvement plans.

20. Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
