What you'll be doing:

• Make calls to establish relationships and build your book of business
• Close new and existing customers to move their freight
• Negotiate price with shippers and drivers
• Manage daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure on time pickup and delivery
• Honest and proactive communications internally and externally

What you need:

• College degree preferred, but no degree required
• Available to work full-time, 100% in-office
• Determination to work harder than anyone
• Strong negotiation skills with the professionalism to handle conflict
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exceptional customer service
• Ability to work with the latest supply chain & logistics technologies
