Sales and Marketing Director

Position Summary:

Directs the referral development efforts of the Physician Liasions and Clinical Liasions. Responsible for oversight of the admission process through direct supervision of the Admissions Manager. Provides supervision and training for facility-based staff who have marketing, case finding and relationship management responsibilities. Implements system and market specific initiatives to support and achieve organizational goals. This is an exempt position.

Essential Functions:
·Manage all sales functions including: cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral activities. Prospecting includes calling potential customers to determine their needs and how we can help. Prospecting involves making calls to potential customers on a daily basis to build relationships and generate leads. Leads are generated through networking, cold calling, door knocking, and referrals.
·Develop sales goals for the department and report on sales performance.
·Assist with developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for the department as well as the company as a whole. This includes developing new product ideas, creating marketing collateral, and assisting with market research.

·Oversee all sales activities including: production orders, inventory management, shipping orders, etc..
·Oversee all customer service activities including: customer calls/inquiries, customer returns/defective items, etc..
·Oversee all production activities including: production orders, production issues/corrections, etc..
·Oversee all manufacturing activities including: receiving/checking in orders/production issues/corrections..

• Requirements:

·Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or University·5+ years progressive experience in healthcare sales/marketing.·Ability to work independently required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $108,203.41 per year
