Full description of the position

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business. You will be responsible for securing new customers by accurately representing Eivan's brand and services according to procedures, while also ensuring that each client receives the best customer service possible!

Responsibilities

• Make 100-150 outbound calls a day and follow-up with inbound leads that came from various sources.
• Assist in our marketing efforts and successfully schedule sales appointments.
• Conduct pre-call qualification communication for targeted prospects.
• Must follow-up with customers assist with our referral program.

Qualifications:

• Experience in an inside sales team making outbound calls or an outbound call center.

• Perform in a high volume appointment scheduling and/or inside sales experience.

• Successful in Follow-uping on tasks.

• Ability to communicate with Sales Consultants effectively and respond to cancellations and schedule changes as quickly as possible.

• Lead generation and appointment setting

Pay: $31,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
