Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the complete sales process for our service department and sales team, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
• Identifying and proactively pursuing sales opportunities by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Procure equipment necessary for service and sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Working closely with the service department to coordinate project requirements and provide seamless customer support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
