CO-AX Technology, Inc. is currently recruiting a Business Development Representative to further expand our market leadership. We are a privately held organization that was established in 1993 and has since become one of the premier Electronic Manufacturing Service providers not only in Ohio but also the nation. In October of 2014, we moved to our new 114,000 square foot state of the art manufacturing facility which now houses our high technology printed circuit board, cable and box build assembly areas working multiple shifts and employing 250 highly trained employees. With our depth of knowledge and expertise in Design Engineering, excellence in electronic manufacturing and complete box build capabilities, CO-AX Technology, Inc. is poised for even more growth.
Business Development Representative prospects for potential new customer partners to match their needs to CO-AX Technology, Inc. solutions. The position needs to understand technologies and specific requirements of the market to offer the CO-AX services to influence decision makers to drive increased revenue generation. This position will collaborate internally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and quality assurance to ensure overall client project success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Makes sales calls, network, researches customer needs and developing proposals of our services.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations and closes sales.
- Participates in sales forecasting and planning.
- Develops the CRM funnel for new projects at existing customers and recruiting new customers.
- Working with Program Managers to manage the customer relationship.
- Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.
Qualifications Profile:
- Professional demeanor and appearance while working within an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 environments.
- Detail oriented and possess excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work constructively with individuals at all levels of responsibility.
- An inquisitive and innovative nature, excellent critical and analytical thinking, integrity, willingness to step into new initiatives, strong communication and facilitation skills, team focused mentality, along with a commitment to continuously learning and improving.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Five years of value-based sales experience in electronics related market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
