We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Metro by T-Mobile. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wireless and accessory products to customers, while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products and services that best meet their needs
• Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and other technical issues
• Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
• Process sales transactions and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in regular training and development activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Basic computer and technical skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
