We are looking for competitive, motivated, team driven, professionals to join us in a full-time capacity as a Customer Service Representative.

This role has excellent growth potential - proven success could lead to managing this department one day.

You will assist and manage a team that handles all incoming internet leads and phone leads for both sales and service. The Business Development Manager will work with the Service and Sales Managers as well as the Transportation Director, to insure the company is properly set up for the day

You must have...

• Prior experience working in a call center, internet department, or as a business development coordinator
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• The ability to learn CRMs and Manufacture systems as well as back end tools
• Drive to hit multiple quotas and goals
