We are seeking Inside Sales Representative to join our team in handling customer-initiated calls seeking company supplied products! We have more leads than we can handle and strategically have a heart that would like to keep these customers coming back again and again. The training for this position will be in Elma and possibly Sanborn, NY.

Qualifications and Skills

• Highly proficient using multiple systems and/or websites simultaneously by utilizing multiple screens, tabs, and keyboard shortcuts.
• Professional phone skills, Inbound and Outbound calls
• Positive attitude and very strong work ethic
• A passion to learn – We offer the best sales training and management support in the industry
• Competitive by nature - You need to be self-motivated and have the drive hit your sales goals
• Dedication to superior customer service.
• Ability to pay attention to details, create relationships and build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new systems.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Sales. (Car Sales or Finance Manager desirable, Debt collection experience may also be considered)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience, or training may be considered.

Pay / Compensation

• Higher base pay while in Training
• Hourly rate, Commission and Bonus

*** Our 1st year Sales Representatives average between $70k - $90k in total earnings (base + bonus + uncapped commission) ***

Schedule

• Full-Time, Monday thru Friday.
• Four (4) shifts 8:15 am to 5:00 pm and one (1) shift 8:15 am to 6:00 pm, each with a 30-minute paid lunch break.
• No Evenings or Weekends

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
