C&W Trucking is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Logistics Sales professional to join our team in Bettendorf. As a Transportation Logistics Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for selling transportation services to customers, negotiating rates, and managing customer orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through exceptional customer service
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to ensure profitability
• Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure efficient and effective service to customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations to customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in transportation logistics sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and trends
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
