As a Retail Sales Ambassador, you will be a key representative of our brand, responsible for promoting and selling products and services in our retail location. Your engaging personality, sales expertise, and product knowledge will contribute to providing an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and fostering brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and approach customers warmly, engaging in friendly and informative conversations to understand their needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their features, benefits, and unique selling points to customers.

Sales Generation: Proactively initiate sales opportunities by recommending products and services that align with customers' needs, actively upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Retail Visual Presentation: Assist in maintaining an appealing retail environment by ensuring proper product placement, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the retail location.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and feedback, providing regular reports to management.

Compensation is broken down into an hourly rate, paid weekly, with opportunity for additional commission as well as bonuses. The range ( $700-900) is based on average earnings.

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
