salary: $97 - $98 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Interviewing the North American Demand Planning team to understand the current planning process, ways of working, and pain points.
• Work with consultants and the Global Program Manager to provide input on the current process and collaborate in the definition of the new to-be process
• Test the process for cleansing historical data with a new statistical model and Ways of Working to build a new working model
• Review and get sign-off on the new model with the Demand Planning Leader and key Demand and Supply Stakeholders
• Build training documentation for the new process and train the Demand Planning Team

Here’s what you’ll have:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years minimum experience in demand planning
• 3 years minimum experience in reviewing gaps in the demand planning process and implementing changes to the process
