Jeff Teasley Jr Insurance Agency Inc is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Successful candidates have a proven track record of:
• Targeted marketing skills – including product knowledge and the ability to understand customer needs
• Strong business acumen – be self-directed, organized, and focused on achieving agreed upon goals with minimal oversight.
• Unsolicited marketing input (“cold calling”) will not be tolerated. Instead, employees will participate in a mandatory marketing program early in the employee’s tenure.
• The ideal candidate is a proven inside sales representative with strong business acumen who has demonstrated successful growth prior to joining the company. This person has demonstrated the ability to identify targets, conduct prospecting calls, learn all aspects of the product line, establish positive relationships with key decision makers, and achieve significant sales growth before joining the company.
• Life and Health License for the State of Wyoming
• Product training for available plans
• Annual AHIP training

Responsibilities:

• Identify leads within a designated territory and establish effective relationship with client (customers) to achieve sales results.
• Work within the established goals (competencies) and establish monthly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,778.53 - $70,787.05 per year
