Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining customer relationships with the intention of creating long-term relationships.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Answer all inbound phone calls and respond appropriately to all emails received from customers.
• Maintain and create new customer relationships by following up with customers when necessary; answering questions or concerns; and or providing information regarding products, pricing, and other aspects of the business.
• Manage customer accounts in order to meet company goals for productivity, customer retention, and call volume.
• Accurately process orders and provide accurate information to co-workers, management, and customers.
• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned.

Business Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 9am to 7pm
• Saturday: 10am to 5pm
• Sunday: OFF

You also get 2 set days off a month that are assigned to you, on top of Sundays after 30 days.

Pay Offered:

For all the pay amounts below you are guaranteed weekly overtime and commissions.

• $2,600 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – No Experience. Approximately $10.62 an hour and $15.92 overtime.
• $2,800 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – Limited Lines License. Approximately $11.44 an hour and $17.16 overtime.
• $3,000 Monthly Minimum + Commissions – P&C License. Approximately $12.25 an hour and $18.37 overtime.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening required.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with heavy volume of calls.
• Must be good under pressure and be able to problem solve.
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be computer savvy (Print, Copy, Scan, Search Desktop)
• Previously experience in customer service or other related fields preferred, but not required.
