SKILLS NEEDED TO WIN

• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• The ability to learn new systems, adopt and uphold company standards
• Ability to oversee sales and production while maintaining a clean, organized gym
• A creative approach to marketing (fundraisers, community-engagement, etc.)
• Passion for leadership and team development
• The ability to deliver a great guest experience
• Previous gym experience (not required, but welcomed)
• Ability to jump in and assist where needed
• Self-starting attitude
• -Ownership mentality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Benefits:

• Paid time off

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
