Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Portland, Maine

Job Summary:

We are a Commercial Cleaning & Restoration company looking to hire an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts in the Portland, Maine area. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Your expertise in account management and cleaning services will contribute to the success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues.
• Develop and execute account management strategies to retain existing clients and maximize revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Prepare and present reports on account performance, revenue, and growth opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the cleaning services sector.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in account management or sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client accounts.
• Knowledge of the Portland, Maine, area and local business landscape is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as needed
