Job Description:

Work with LOBs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately
Partner with relationship team/product partners in pre-meeting prep including TM reviews, proposals and digital pitch books to drive thoughtful consultative conversations with clients and prospects based on
Deep knowledge of their business, objectives, and current structures and set-up
Understanding of our products and solutions, positioning, and competitive landscape
Industry trends and best practices
Digital roadmap
Grow a portfolio of lower complex, deeply penetrated clients at a headquartered and subsidiary level
Be the relationship first point of contact for the client for ongoing transaction services needs
Drive responsible revenue & profitability growth and deepen relationships by identifying new opportunities, realizing revenue, and supporting clients with both strategic and tactical needs within the region of coverage
Develop data driven insights and present to clients, including but not limited to recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitization of payments/receipts, etc., deliver non-CAM managed card optimizations to drive for volume / program growth, and conduct demonstrations of Client Insights during treasury reviews
Conduct pricing/profitability responsibilities
Perform role and conduct meetings virtually
Travelling will only occur when critical and at manager discretion
Participate in global client reviews (preferably when there is an active speaking role) – perform regional/country reviews when required
Submit deals to Fulfillment and maintain pipeline
Implementation: post OBA rollout, TSCOs are responsible for scoping product/technical requirements, communicating TM related credit needs to RM/WC, and entering fulfillment specifications in OBA Sales Intake Portal. TSCOs may join kick-off calls for to ensure smooth transition with clients, and provide ongoing oversight only as needed.
