Marketing sales director needed for assisted living facility

There is an opening for Marketing Director in Magnolia Senior Living LLC located in Dawsonville, Georgia. The company is an assisted living facility, and the goal of job is to promote and to lease the apartments of facility to senior people who need assistance in daily life activities. The jobs include:

1. Present facility amenities and their functions to senior resident families;

2. Identify the specific needs of senior resident families;

3. Present the services to senior resident families;

4. Communicate the amenities and services to senior resident families with phone calls, text messages, emails, social media and so on;

5. Build up and keep good relationship with senior communities, nursing homes, hospital social workers, clinicals, doctors and referral agents;

6. Intensively follow up with resident families to fill up their needs with facility’s services;

7. Set up appointment for facility tours;

8. Tour families to the facility;

9. Be familiar with admission agreement and sign the agreement.

10. Write daily and weekly report;

11. Coordinate the production of marketing materials;

12. Other jobs assigned.

Compensation:

1. Annual growth salary: negotiable based on the experiences

2. Commission: there is an commission schedule which will bring you additional monthly income $2000 in average.

3. Medical insurance: the facility will pay 60% of the medical insurance premium after 4 months of probation.

4. Reimbursement: mileage and small giveaways.

5. Paid vacation: stipulated in employee handbook.

Qualification:

2-3 years of sales experiences withing the senior living industry.

Degree Preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
