Business Development Representative
PCO Foods is a Alpharetta, GA-based internatinal wholesale food company that supplies food products to food distributors, restaurant chains and grocery store chains we have been in this industry for over 30 years and have built a strong network of partners over that time.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to be responsible for developing new business with potential customers within the food industry. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for working leads that we provide, prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential new customers and existing customer in regards to new product lauches. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, as you will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and building relationships with new customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development and will be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate interest with multiple prospects per day. In addtion to speaking to potential new customers you will also from time to time speak with existing leads, prospects and customers informing them about new products and generating interest.
We want for you to have a desire to move from business development into sales. During your tenure as business development you will learn how we move a lead to a prospect and to a customer. When you start transitioning to sales we will hire your replacement for business development who will be bringing leads to the table for you and our sales team. This process will allow you to learn what it takes to be a great sales person and close sales in the areana of international food sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Identify, contact, and secure business leads from all sources including cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
·Educate potential customers on our company services and products
·Provide customer information to management team as needed and work with a member of
our sales team to onboard the leeds and prospect to custome status
·Act as a liaison between customers and PCO Foods management team to ensure customer satisfaction at all times
·Other duties as assigned by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,388.00 - $43,620.00 per year
