The Rice Agency of Somerville, NJ is hiring for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Personal Lines Insurance License is required
• Must have at least 3 years of Insurance experience
• Personal Lines insurance experience is required
• Property & Casualty is preferred (applicable to commercial side of business)
• Must be coachable
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills
• Works well in a fast paced environment
• Very strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities for the Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative:

• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
