Job Description
This is the opportunity you've been waiting for! Capital Ford of Charlotte is looking for select professional individuals to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. Bilingual is a Plus! Previous business to business sales/marketing, customer service, collections, and cold calling is preferred. Formal paid training is provided.
Responsibilities Include:
· Business to Business Marketing
· High Quality Outbound Phone Calls
· Script use
· Scheduling Appointments
· Completing follow-up tasks on daily activities, contact lists and campaigns
· Daily and Monthly performance reporting
Job Requirements:
· Exceptional customer Service
· Outbound phone call experience
· Steady work history
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Tenacious with the ability to follow-up and handle rejection with a positive attitude
· Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
· Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
