Our client is a very well established provider of Hvac and refrigeration maintenance for commercial/retail corporations nationwide--They have an immediate need for a person great with a great job record commercial customers to become an account manager-This is a very solid company with growth opportunities.

  • Manage mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC needs for numerous corporate clients in the Eastern US
  • Schedule preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit replacement projects for technicians to troubleshoot and complete
  • Obtaine pricing and ordered necessary parts and crane services for each project
  • Communicate with individual stores to determine specific needs and urgency, maintaining good customer service and positive relationships
  • Create invoices for completed projects
  • Create performance evaluation documents to present to the clients at quarterly meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
