Job description:

PRQ Exteriors is currently hiring Outside Roofing Sales representatives to provide the best roofing options to customers. Helping customers find the right products and warranties to fit their needs is our main goal! In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team and will be in front of customers as a major part of your daily duties. This position offers a salary base plus commission.

Qualities of Ideal Candidates:

● 2-4 years proven sales experience (Highly Preferred)
● Previous Roofing experience (Preferred)
● Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
● Valid Driver's License
● Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties
● Must have the ability to be clear and precise when communicating
● Strong work ethic
● Results-driven mindset
● Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, comfortable with heights.

Essential Job Duties:

● Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity
● Exceed personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus
● Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships
● Develop strong product and customer knowledge
● Work on special projects and contribute to team domination
● Communicate with customers throughout the sales lifecycle
● Work closely with our Marketing Team & Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas maximizing market sales opportunities
● Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and participate in weekly Marketing meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
