Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will be part of a team of driven team members responsible for the acquisition, retention, and growth of our customers.
****This position requires language proficiency in both English and Spanish***

Responsibilities:

✅Make sales calls on installers, fleets, municipalities and car dealerships to sell auto parts, tools, shop equipment and programs

✅Build and maintain productive, long lasting relationships with existing customers, as well as actively pursue new customers

✅“Get the Sale!” -Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals; source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve goals

✅Foster and qualify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers

✅Ride with factory reps in order to gain product knowledge as well as use their relationships to help build yours

✅Provide weekly status reports to management team describing current business conditions, including opportunities and suggestions for improvement. Post daily CMS comments for each sales call with a brief summary of visit or touch.

✅Play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products

✅Research sales competition

✅Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

✅Prior success selling wholesale auto parts in a highly competitive market

✅Demonstrated history of obtaining new business and retaining current customer base

✅Ability to travel within market territory (minimal overnight travel)

✅Existing customer base is desirable

✅Ability to pass a pre-employment screening and MVR requirements, where applicable

✅Strong communication and time management skills

✅The ability to work well in a team environment

✅Ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and improve financial results

✅Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
