HIGH NET WORTH PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - HYBRID ROLE

Salary Range: $80000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration
• Gathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companies
• Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needs
• Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
• Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries
• Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows

Requirements

• Exceptional aptitude for customer service and nurturing long term relationships
• Highly accountable, resourceful, and flexible
• Proven hands-on experience with an in-depth understanding of Personal Lines Coverages
• Superior presentation skills and ability to understand one's audiences
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills; collecting information, asking thoughtful questions and analyzing possible solutions
• Effective time management, organizational, and intercommunication skills with outstanding attention to detail
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience in an Account Manager role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM
• Familiarity with High Net Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus
• Ability to follow agency procedures and workflows with minimal supervision
