HIGH NET WORTH PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER - HYBRID ROLE

Salary Range: $80000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administration
- Gathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companies
- Developing proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needs
- Supporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
- Explaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiries
- Maintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflows
Requirements
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service and nurturing long term relationships
- Highly accountable, resourceful, and flexible
- Proven hands-on experience with an in-depth understanding of Personal Lines Coverages
- Superior presentation skills and ability to understand one's audiences
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills; collecting information, asking thoughtful questions and analyzing possible solutions
- Effective time management, organizational, and intercommunication skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience in an Account Manager role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAM
- Familiarity with High Net Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plus
- Ability to follow agency procedures and workflows with minimal supervision
