Now Hiring - Graphic Designer/Account Manager in Spring Lake, MI

40 VISUALS is a growing, large format printing company with clients in several high-end industries. This position will assist the sales team in coordinating pre-press and print projects from the initial phase of reviewing client requirements. The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and illustrator. High energy level, exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet daily deadlines, and excellent communication skills are a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processes jobs and prioritizes work to meet production schedules
• Coordinate with the sales team on assigned customers’ needs
• Complete “job change orders” as needed
• Responsible for key assigned accounts and related projects as assigned
• Provide all customer service activities related to the project
• Provide accurate estimates for incoming jobs
• Recognize and implement changes needed to streamline workflow from customer service to production

Requirements:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Printing industry knowledge
• Minimum one year of experience as a Project Coordinator in the Graphic Arts industry
• Attention to detail, especially in following tutorials, templates, and following instructions from the sales team per client requests
• Proficient in InDesign. The entire Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software is helpful
• Familiarity with color correction
• Basic working understanding of image resolution, file formats, compression, etc.
• Ability to tackle complex design projects as needed
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Upbeat personality
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
