We are expanding and recruiting Accountant Managers to join our team of professionals. If you have 2+ years of sales experience or currently hold a Property and Casualty license, we invite you to apply. We are a large and tenured Allstate agency. Our longest customer has been with us for over 50 years and we boast over 80 years of combined insurance experience and expertise. We are an energetic and driven team focused on achieving higher levels of success.

We are on the search for a dependable, goal oriented service agent to join our team. Our new team member will be passionate about protecting current clients and prospects way of lives by selling and servicing our home, auto, and life portfolio of products. In our agency, we like to refer to ourselves as "protection specialists", being certain that all our clients' assets are protected.

The position offered is primarily focused on servicing our current property and casualty clients. You will have an opportunity to obtain a life and health license if desired with a defined career path to agency ownership.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed service goals and objectives
• Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services
• Account Manager will address customer objections/rejections
• Welcome and onboard all new clients
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain agency referral program
• Create client relationships with new and existing customers
