Leasing Agent (Commission Based) in Dunwoody, GA
High-volume Property Management Company is searching for a proactive Leasing Agent to assist in the growth of our company. The purpose of this position is to help drive traffic to vacant rent-ready properties in an attempt to increase occupancy through increased prospect applications. This is a commission-based position with a base annual pay.

Responsibilities and Duties:
-List and remove rent ready properties on various MLS platforms
-Follow up on communication involving assigned properties and realtor/prospect feedback
-Assist prospects as needed with filling out or submitting applications
-Perform market research regularly by reporting on comparable properties in a given area
-Ensure that all assigned properties are properly marketing on all available platforms
-Additional tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
-Strong ability to problem solve, manage multiple task
-Experience and familiarity with single-family home management and leasing are required
-Active TX Real Estate License is required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Experience with MLS, Propertyware, Salesforce, and Rently preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and Insurance
- Texas Real Estate License is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Time Management is key to this position
- Self-reliant and can work independently without direction
- Works well in a team setting and inter-departmentally
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Condition: This position is full time with 80% to 90% of work occurring in office and limited, pre-approved, hybrid work as needed. Laptop and cell phone will be provided for business purposes only. There is not a vehicle provided but some allowance made for business related commuting. Allowances will be made for certain pre-approved expenses such as gas allowance or marketing materials. All expenses must be pre-approved by management prior to the event/occurrence.S
Base Pay: $40,000 annually, paid out semi-monthly
Commission Structure: The standard commission payout will be $100 per property paid out after the move in for that property has been confirmed. This may be adjusted depending on the number of currently active properties. All properties will be assigned to each agent by management.
Employment for all final candidates who have received and accepted a written offer of employment from Open House Texas/Atlanta Realty & Investments LLC is contingent upon clear results of a thorough background check and drug screening. Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted on all final candidates, as deemed necessary. Motor vehicle background searches and records will be required if applicable to the position and when driving is an essential requirement of the position. All candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
