About the Position

Stable Life Insurance Company is seeking a VP Sales Manager of Individual Life Insurance. They will have full responsibility for a revenue producing sales team. The person will lead and expand internal & external independent agents. This is an excellent opportunity if you meet the following requirements below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Developing internal producers and adding independent agencies
• Designing and implementing quarterly goals and performance standards
• Be informed of other Life Companies’ products and sales cycle
• Assisting in developing new products to better serve our customers
• Hold internal sales meetings and review performance goals with team members
• Setting team’s goals on a monthly and yearly basis

IN OFFICE WITH SOME REMOTE POSITIONS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Must have Illinois Life Insurance License
• 5+ years of Life Sales Experience along with current/Recent Management Experience
• Successful track record of recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring life agents sales force
• Experience with distribution networks for independent and captive life agents
• Strong people skills, organizational planning/process improvement and critical thinking ability
• Territory is Mostly Illinois, but will travel to neighboring states

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
