Job Description

Harvest Right is looking for a few lucky individuals to add to our technical support team. This is an entry level job but we pay well and offer lots of bonus opportunities because you can't put a price on good service and reputation. We are looking for people to help us on our 9:30am to 6pm shift, Monday through Friday. There are earlier shifts that may become available in the future as well, including 7am to 3:30pm and 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. This job provides a great work life balance, consistent shifts, etc. Holidays are paid days off, and we offer generous PTO as well.

Responsibilities

- Work as a team to help customers get their issues resolved.

- Call and email customers to help them and follow up with them as needed.

- Log notes and keep good customer records.

- Help customers place sales orders.

- Offer good customer service in all interactions.

Qualifications

We are confident that we can train anyone to make a great tech, but our best technicians tend to have the following skills:

The tech support reps must have great communication and customer service skills, excellent follow up skills, great attendance at work, and good organization and time management skills. They will work with customers and ask questions to diagnose any problem the freeze dryer is having and instruct the customer on the steps necessary to get the machine running flawlessly again. It is a very rewarding job that brings a lot of satisfaction to both you and the customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer support: 1 year (Required)
