Full description of the position

  • Act as a liaison between the Account Executive and customers.
  • Promote best practices, delegate tasks and provide performance feedback.
  • Work with the Account Executive to increase load volume and margin from existing customers.
  • Negotiate rates with customers within provided guidelines established by the LAE.
  • Maintain all aspects of the Account Executives book of business when he/she is not in the office.
  • Act as a liaison between the manufacturer/supplier, carrier and receiver.
  • Locate loads for carriers.
  • Communicate with the carriers during transport from pick-up to delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationship with carriers.
  • Work quickly and efficiently with customers to resolve problems that may develop.
  • Resolve disputes that arise between carriers and support staff.
  • Generate reports based on customer needs.
  • Build loads and schedule appointments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
