KCR, Inc., of Framingham, MA has an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Project Manager / Salesman to join our team. Our firm is a family-owned and professionally operated business for nearly 50 years providing dedicated quality service to both commercial and residential customers in the MetroWest market.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC industry
• Experience developing leads and new business
• Experience delivering professional sales proposals
• Basic finance and technical knowledge
• Proficient in PC based computer systems and software including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple on-going projects simultaneously and directing field teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time and activity management skills
• Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels
• Professional appearance
• Ability to walk / navigate construction sites, buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s license
• Successfully passing a drug screen

Desired Qualifications:

• 5 + years HVAC Project Management / Sales Experience

Work Hours:

• Hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customers, presentation times, and seasonality – usual work hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

Target Compensation:

• Base & Commission - $100,000K +
