Inside Sales (Rochester Hills)

Position Objective:

Rochester Hills Mfg. seeking individual to manage and grow residual sales. Must be organized, detail and mechanically orientated with an ability to handle multiple assignments.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Order entry and order coordination between Inside Sales and the Production/Shipping Dept.
• Preparing quotes
• Purchasing/expediting of residual sales
• Maintaining inventory of stock products
• Writing of and/or amending procedures
• Manage shipment of equipment to our customers on time and in budget
• Obtaining freight rates for quotes and order requirements
• Preparing documents required for shipments including packing slips, bill of ladings

Applicant minimum requirements:

• Minimum two years of college
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe products.
• Professional oral and written business communication skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to work M-F, 8-5 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Rochester, MI 48307: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
