We are HIRING! Sheraton Suites Columbus Worthington is seeking a high energy Group Sales Manager to join our sales efforts at this amazing hotel.

Duties include:

- Actively calling on assigned market segments, providing exceptional customer service and drive overall hotel performance.

- Cultivates relationships within market segments with key community members and influencers to provide a strong positive image of the hotel and drive financial return.

- Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets. Impress customers with tailored proposals, quality, and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.

- Implements the hotel’s marketing plan to achieve departmental goals.

- Works Closely with Director of Sales and management throughout the hotel and Company.

- Completes all reporting by the required deadline.

Requirements:

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Be results driven and have a positive attitude.

- Strong leadership and team building skills

- Previous hotel sales experience.

- Marriott hotel experience.

• Meet/Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
• Hotel Financial Performance
• Meet/Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals

Consistently meeting and/or exceeding budgeted Top-Line Revenue and RevPAR

• Brand Compliance/Performance
• Passing all Brand QA (Quality Assessments) and compliance audits
• Guest Satisfaction

Consistently meeting and/or exceeding guest satisfaction score goals

• Associate Satisfaction

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
