We are looking for a Client Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Client Success Manager ensures the success of our clients by illustrating how Executech provides value to their company.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensure successful onboarding of new clients

· Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure the clients are getting the most value from Executech

· Identify, manage and close new business opportunities with existing clients

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

· Act as a liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience

· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

· Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role

· Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external clients

· Proven track record of consistently exceeding company objectives and quotas

· Maintain accurate client communication

· Experience with CRM systems

· Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills

· Self-driven and results oriented
