ROLE DESCRIPTION – Territory Sales Manager - Midlands (covering Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottingham & Lincolnshire)
CONMED UK Orthopaedics is seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Manager to represent our expansive product offering of Linvatec sports medicine implants and instrumentation, Hall Surgical Powered Instruments as well as the NEW 4K Ultra-High Definition Visualization System.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be given the opportunity to strategically sell and promote company products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products within current accounts in an effort to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and to directly increase sales revenue of the company. You will be required to live on territory.

What You Will Do:
- Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
- Establish strong relationships within allocated and identified accounts maintaining and developing key opinion leaders
- Provide technical assistance and support at events such as congresses or exhibitions.
- Prepare and develop a Capital Pipeline
- Prepare business proposals, pricing quotes, and presentations necessary to support or close sale. Work closely and timely with the office administration and management where requested.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of consistently achieving territory sales targets in outside b2b sales position (orthopaedic medical device experience preferred)
- Strong face-to-face communicator, presentation skills
- High level of energy, motivation, drive, perseverance, initiative, commitment & professionalism
- Able to work on his/her own effectively as well as being part of a team
- Prepared to go the extra mile in pursuit of positive outcomes
